NEW KENSINGTON — Three Center Township residents won medals at The Pumpkin Skate, a figure skating competition held Saturday at the Valley Sports Complex.
Danielle DePolo, 11, earned the gold medal in her spotlight skate and bronze medals in her free skate and compulsory. She took fourth in the jump and spin competition.
Her brother Christian, 6, earned gold in his spotlight skate in his first competition.
Their cousin, Stefani Hartman, 5, won a silver medal in her freestyle in her first competition.
All three are coached by Marty Culbertson of Warrendale BladeRunners.
