Independence Health System has added Robert Buzzelli, Kristen Fiorina and Gail Paserba to the BHS Foundation board of trustees, bringing the total to 10 trustees.

Buzzelli joins the board with a 40-year career as a corporate executive spanning investment banking, private wealth management, venture capital, sales management, corporate advisory, family office services and entertainment management.

He has held senior executive positions with several international financial institutions, including BNY Mellon, PNC Bank and U.S. Steel.

Fiorina has three decades of experience working in the health care field with roles such as physical therapist, clinical instructor and practice manager.

She also volunteers as a Eucharistic minister for the All Saints College Care Package Program, and as a volunteer and caregiver at Isaiah 1:17 House.

Paserba is the CEO of International Quality Consultants and has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, consulting, management, business strategy and operations.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Slippery Rock University and worked in social services early in her career.
