Frank Lapa
Frank L. Lapa, 76, of Harrisville, passed at home under hospice care on Friday, Aug. 2, 2024.
Frank was born in Calabria, Italy, on Feb. 2, 1948, to James Vincent and Ines (Frasca) Lapa.
Frank was a local barber, owning Lapa’s Barber Shop on South Broad Street in Grove City from 1984 to 2022.
He was raised in the Catholic faith.
Frank was loving, dedicated and loyal to his family, friends, clients and community.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Lisa Lapa (Dennis Spellman Jr.) Terlinden; seven grandchildren, Megan, Cody, Cortney, Autumn, Skylar, Lizzy and Hayley; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Anthony Joseph Vincent “Tony” Lapa; and a sister, Patricia Lapa Straub.
LAPA — Visitation for Frank L. Lapa, who died Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Beloved Disciple, 1310 S. Center St. Extension, Grove City.
