Firemen approved for retirement
BUTLER — The retirement of two firemen — Lt. James A. Reeder and Capt. Scott A. Marshall — were approved by the city council at a meeting Thursday.
Marshall was employed by the Butler Bureau of Fire for 30 years and Reeder worked for the bureau for 15 years.
Councilman Robert A. Dandoy, director of public safety, spoke to the service of the two retirees.
“I'd like to thank both for their service to the city,” Dandoy said.
