Learn to play Texas hold ’em
Those age 21 or older who are interested in learning to play the popular poker game known as Texas hold Texas Hold ’em can attend an event from 7 to 11 p.m. June 29 at the Elks Banquet Hall in Cranberry Township.
“Learning to Play Texas Hold ’em in the Wild, Wild West” will teach those in attendance a modified version of the game for beginners. There will be no cash payouts.
The $40 fee will include starter chips, food, a cash bar and line dancing. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to dress in Western garb.
All proceeds will benefit the Cranberry Elks Lodge BC3 Vocational Scholarship program.
