Donald E. Bombara, 60, of Sarver, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Butler Memorial Hospital surrounded by loved ones.

Born Nov. 10, 1963, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Charles J. Bombara and Sandra L. (Leathers) Bombara.

Don was the owner of Don Bombara Construction. He enjoyed fishing on his boat with his wife, spending time with family, playing games, golfing, hunting and being Pappy Don.

He is survived by his wife of eight years, Lou; his son, Robert of Lyndora; his daughter, Kayla (Juan) Bombara of Waynesburg; his brother, Alan (Marie) Bombara of Mesa, Ariz.; his sisters, Diane (Regis) Weleski of Fenelton and Linda (Mike) Gutonski of Natrona Heights; and five grandchildren, Hunter, Kendyl, Blake, Elaidra and Ivan. He also is survived by four nieces, two nephews, cousins and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Kyle Bombara.

BOMBARA — Family and friends of Donald E. Bombara, who died Tuesday, June 18, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
