Seneca Valley student artists, under the tutelage of art teacher Jason Shorr, right, painted two murals depicting the former Blum Shoe Store in Zelienople. Last week, Jackson Township exercised its right to acquire 132 acres of reservoir from Evans City borough through the legal procedure known as eminent domain.
