Grove City High School

The Grove City Area High School commencement was held at 7 p.m. May 30 at Forker Field.

The student speakers were valedictorian Emily Williams and salutatorian Phoebe Graham.

Emily Williams

Emily is the daughter of Tammy and Sam Williams, of Pine Township, Mercer County. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica, Global Scholars, student council, AEVIDUM, Leadership Club, prom committee, Interact, Best Buddies, Spanish Club, Model UN, Mock Trial, Envision Blind Sports Camp, YoungLife, Project Peers and Chapter 399 Community as well as unified bocce and the varsity soccer and varsity tennis teams.

She plans to attend Grove City College to major in entrepreneurship.

Phoebe Graham

Phoebe is the daughter of Rebecca and Mark Graham, of Grove City. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Global Scholars, Interact Club, National History Day, Physics Club, prom committee, and the varsity cross country, indoor track and field and track and field teams.

Following graduation, she will study in Romania.

Class officers are Ethan Pisano, president; Marcello Trezona, vice president; Emmaleah Riddle, secretary; and Teagan Gallagher, treasurer.
