Flick wins Jean Lynch Classic
BUFFALO TWP — AJ Flick bested as field of 46 cars in winning the Jean Lynch Classic, a 30-lap Sprint feature Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.
Flick started from the 10th spot. Sye Lynch, grandson of the honored Jean Lynch, started on the pole and held the lead for 14 laps. He was passed by Jordan Poirier on a restart at that point.
Flick grabbed the lead with five laps remaining and held it from there, taking home the winner’s $4,000 purse.
In other features, Michael Norris claimed his third Late Model feature win in four starts at Lernerville this season. Rex King Jr. dominated in winning the Modified feature and Christian Schneider secured his second Lernerville victory of the season in the Pro Stocks.
