Constance “Connie” Lee Dougan Bauer
Constance “Connie” Lee Dougan Bauer, 68, of Lantana, Fla., formerly of Butler, passed away Monday.
She was born April 17, 1948, in Butler, to Richard Dougan and the late Dessie “Tess” Dougan.
Mrs. Bauer was a member of Living Word Lutheran Church in Lantana, Fla., where she was active in the women’s Bible study and prayer circle and also served as a Stephen Minister. She enjoyed going to church, caring for others and spending time with her family.
In addition to her father, Connie is survived by her husband, Leslie Bauer, whom she married July 12, 1971; one son, Daniel Bauer, of Palm Beach, Fla.; one daughter, Lezley Bauer Hsiao, of Weston, Fla.; two granddaughters, Anneliese Hsiao and Seraphina Hsiao; and one brother, Patrick Dougan, of Butler.
BAUER — Friends of Constance “Connie” Lee Dougan Bauer, who died Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Mary Kitchen of the East Butler Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will take place at the Butler County Memorial Park.
