A Sept. 10 wedding is being planned by Karen Polanec and Gary Wible, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Isadore and Dolores Polanec of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Curt and Colleen Wible of Penn Township.

The bride-to-be is a 1991 graduate of Butler High School and the Butler Area Vocational-Technical School. She is employed at Rotunda Chiropractic Group in Butler.

Her fiancé graduated from Knoch High School and the Butler Area Vo-Tech in 1989. He works at H.P. Starr Lumber in Valencia.
