I agree with Arthur Urban's letter to the editor of April 20, "Pick jeep, not general."

Urban said "the reason for a jeep monument (at the General Richard Butler Bridge), rather than one of Gen. Butler is that . . . the jeep was the greatest thing Butler ever contributed to America and, in fact, the entire world. This one singular contribution of — let's not be afraid of grand words — extraordinary proportions put Butler on the map and deserves commemorating."

Regarding Urban's letter, I have just one thing to say: Ditto!
