EVANS CITY — The Evans City Public Library, 204 S. Jackson St., is collecting new and gently used hats, scarves, gloves and mittens for men, women and children through Dec. 29.The items can be delivered to the library during regular hours and will be distributed through the Evans City Food Cupboard.

ZELIENOPLE — The Woman's Ministry of Park United Presbyterian Church, 115 E.
