Shirley V. Williams

Shirley V. Williams, 89, of Gibsonia, formerly of Butler, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at the Concordia at Rebecca Residence.

Born Feb. 28, 1932, in Penn Township, she was the daughter of the late Victor C. Kennedy and Cora L. Miller Kennedy.

Shirley was a homemaker. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, traveling, spending time with loved ones, caring for animals, playing cards, reading and dancing.

Surviving are her loving sons, Grant A. (Debra) Williams of Butler, and Mark P. (Sandy) Williams of Gibsonia; her daughter, Cheryl D. (Carolyn Cass) Williams of Harrisburg; her daughter-in-law, Terry Williams of Gibsonia; and three grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Owen J. Williams; a son, Lawrence Owen Williams; a sister, Bertha O. Double; and a brother, G. Ronald Kennedy.

WILLIAMS — There will be no visitation for Shirley V. Williams, who died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
