Roberta J. Bell

Roberta J. Bell, 98, of Forestville, passed away peacefully Nov. 28, 2021, at Autumn Grove Nursing Home in Harrisville.

Roberta was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Reisinger and Lillian. B. Ostrander Reisinger.

Roberta graduated from Grove City High School.

She married Robert L. Bell in Oct. 24, 1942. Mr. Bell passed away Feb. 2, 2000.

She was a devoted housewife and mother.

Roberta was a member of the United Methodist Church in Forestville and also a member of the Harrisville Women's Club.

She enjoyed doing needlework and crossword puzzles. She never passed up going to play bingo, and especially loved playing cards. Spending time with her family and friends brought her great joy.

Loved ones left to cherish her memory are her son, Beau V. Bell and his wife, Linda, of Slippery Rock; her grandchildren, Mark Bell, Kristina Martin and Jamie Trezona; and her stepgrandchildren, Dan Voorhees and Diane DeSilves.

Roberta's nine great- grandchildren, four stepgreat-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren also survive.

Roberta was welcomed into Heaven by her parents; her husband; her sister, Effie; and her brothers, Roland and James.

The family would like to extend a grateful thank you to the staff at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove in Harrisville, for their exceptional care they provided Roberta.

BELL — A memorial service for Roberta J. Bell, who died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021, is being planned for a later date.

Burial took place at the Prairie Cemetery, Harrisville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Jamison-McKinley Funeral Home, Harrisville.
