Nonprofit Vitalant announced three blood drives across Butler County in May.

The first one will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 2 at Karns City Area Jr./Sr. High School, 1446 Kittanning Pike.

Then from noon to 5 p.m. on May 10, St. Faustina Parish — St Peter's Church, 670 S. Main St., in Slippery Rock will be hosting a blood drive, followed by one at the Butler Eagle, 514 W. Wayne St., in Butler on May 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
