Anthony “Tony” E. King, 56, of Fenelton, formerly of North Washington, passed away the evening of April 6, 2024, surrounded by his family at Allegheny General Hospital after a brief illness.

Born on Jan. 23, 1968, in Butler, he was the son of the late Paul E. King and the late Dora “Betty” Christie King.

Anthony was a member of the Chicora Argyle Masonic Lodge 540 and was the owner operator of Anthony King Trucking. He enjoyed golfing with friends, fishing, hunting, boating, camping and truck pulls. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his five crazy cats.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Diane (Sutton) King, whom he married on Oct. 12, 2013; two sons, Shane (Alexis) King of Fairview and Drake King of Karns City; two granddaughters, Rylee and Layla King; two aunts, Geraldine McConnell of Cranesville and Helen (Dave) Hayden of West Sunbury; one uncle, Danny (Anna) King of Renfrew; and nieces and nephews, Dalton and Lexis Caldwell and Brock and MaKayla King. He also is survived by his mother-in-law, Kim Ifft (Dayton Strawser); his father-in-law, John Sutton (Tracy Theiss); sister-in-law, Lindsey Spencer (James Caldwell); and his Godmother, Bev Bishop, and her family.

KING — Family and friends of Anthony “Tony” E. King, who died Saturday, April 6, 2024, will be received for visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. Masonic services conducted by the Chicora Argyl Lodge 540 will be at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Gear, of the North Washington Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Burial will follow in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
