NEW WILMINGTON — Knoch graduate Michael Phillips, a junior on the Westminster College men’s swimming team, has been named Academic All-District.

A finance major, Phillips carries a 3.62 grade point average and is a three-time Dean’s List selection. He finished among the top eight in five events at the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championships and was named second team All-PAC for the second time.
