Cruises aboard Nautical Nature, an enclosed pontoon boat, include a 90-minute narrated tour of Lake Arthur, as sponsored by the Moraine Preservation Fund. McConnells Mill State Park, Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, has the mill open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Call 724-368-8811. The Moraine McConnells Mill Jennings Commission will host a picnic dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Kildoo Pavilion. Take a covered dish to share along with a place setting. Iced tea and water will be provided. A tour of the gristmill will be held after the dinner.
