Rosemary Fochtman Marak, 76, passed suddenly Sunday surrounded by family.

She was the beloved wife of 57 years to Ronald J. Marak; the loving mother to Elizabeth Weber, Kimberly (John) Spinelli, Tracey Sarver, Christopher, Kelly (John) Rackley, Amy (Jerold) Smith, Jonathan (April) and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nina Splane; and two sons, Ronald C. (Delores) and Joshua. She also is survived by her sister, Sarah Fochtman; 19 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

MARAK — Family and friends of Rosemary Fochtman Marak, who died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Alphonsus Catholic Parish, 202 W. State St., West Sunbury.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053, 724-789-1150.
