Tammy Wagner
Tammy M. Wagner, 53, of Shippenville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Penn Highlands Hospital in Dubois following an accident at her home.
She was born on April 8, 1970, in Clarion, daughter of Charles A. “Chuck” Lutz of Clarion and the late O. Joyce McCleary Lutz.
Tammy was a 1988 graduate of Clarion Limestone High School. She married William C. “Bill” Wagner on April 9, 2005, who survives. Tammy worked as a secretary at Clarion Limestone Elementary School for many years. She was an active member of Pine City Crossroads Church, where she loved volunteering and helping out at Sunday school.
Family was Tammy’s greatest joy. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Tammy also loved gardening, working outside, taking long walks and going anywhere sunny, especially the beach. Tammy had a huge passion for foster care. She and Bill made such an easy decision in adopting their youngest daughter, Rosalynn.
In addition to her father and husband, Tammy is survived by her children, Bryan Daugherty of Fisher, Virgil Daugherty of Clarion, Rosalynn Wagner of Shippenville, Breyona Kordish and her husband, Michael, of Knox, and Alleya Wagner of New Castle; and three grandchildren, Elliot, Kaden and Aurora Kordish, all of Knox. She also is survived by her brother, Joseph “Joe” Lutz and his wife, Amy, of Knox; a nephew, Jacob Lutz and his fiancée, Nikki Rodgers, of Wilmington, N.C.; and her mother-in-law, Judith Wagner of Shippenville.
In addition to her mother, Tammy was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William L. Wagner.
