Kevin G. Evanchec, 57, of Saxonburg passed away Saturday after a long and hard fought battle with illness.

Born in Pittsburgh on March 8, 1956, he was the son of the late George and Elsie (Neville) Evanchec.

He was the loving husband for 31 years of Kathy (McDonald) Evanchec; the beloved father of Kimberly (Jeff) Lynn of Whitehall, Katie (Stephen Ashman) Evanchec of Greenfield and Kelly (Kevin) Mayer of Gibsonia; the dear brother of Sharon (Bill) Mulvihill of Elizabeth Township, and the proud uncle of Evan Mulvihill. He is also survived by one beloved grandson, Connor Lynn of Whitehall.

Kevin retired from MSA after 38 years of dedicated service.
