CWNC High School

Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School is moving to Cranberry Township this fall.

With a state of the art campus ready to serve 1,000 students in ninth to 12th grade, CWNC provides a superb and competitive program in every facet of the Catholic secondary education with foundational hallmarks of academic excellence and faith formation.

Our academic curriculum places emphasis upon religion, English, mathematics, science, social studies and world languages. Honors and advanced courses are offered infused with the STEMM curriculum for students who wish to pursue opportunities in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and courses leading to medical career exploration.

CWNC, 1617 Franklin Road, is focused on each student as a whole and proudly offers a wide variety of extracurricular club, athletic, spiritual and service opportunities to accommodate. Our new theater, art and music rooms host our arts programs — perfect for student thespians, artists, vocalists and musicians alike.

Student athletes play WPIAL sports as a CWNC Trojan in baseball, basketball, cheerleading, crew, football (2013 PIAA champs), golf, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, volleyball and wrestling.

Additionally, CWNC participates in the National Honor Society, forensics, PRSEF, student government as well as many other club and organizational activities.

CWNC is affordable. Many scholarship and tuition assistance opportunities are available.

We invite you to learn more about CWNC by visiting our website at www.cwnchs.org or by contacting our Admissions Office at admissions@cwnchs.org or 412-321-4823.
