White

Richard L. White, 92, of Zelienople, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital, in McCandless Township.

Born April 4, 1931, in Zelienople, he was the son of the late Charles H. White and Nellie Barkley White.

Richard was a member of Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Catholic Church where he served as an usher. He was a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Korean War. He was employed by Herman Corporation as a draftsman. He was a great artist. Richard will be fondly remembered as a man of faith, a great father and family man and will be dearly missed.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Thomas H. (Ramona) White and Catherine White (Daniel Bintrim); two stepchildren, George (Laura) Fedeanis and Terri (Jim) Meglino; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his first wife, Hilda D. White, who passed away on Dec. 16, 2002; his second wife, Theresa Fedeanis; his son, Norman K. White; his daughter, Teresa L. Flowers; his sisters, Mary Palmer and Lillian White; and his brothers, Gerald, Bill and David White.

WHITE — A Mass of Christian burial for Richard L. White, who died Monday, March 11, 2024, will be celebrated at noon Monday at Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, PA 16063.

Richard will be laid to rest with full military honors at Holy Savior Cemetery, 4629 Bakerstown Road, Gibsonia.

Donations may be made in Richard’s memory to Divine Grace Parish, St. Gregory Catholic Church.
