Donald L. Cousins
Donald L. Cousins, 72, of Meridian died Wednesday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Butler, Sept. 5, 1935, he was a son of Charles and Helen Blasko Cousins.
He had been self-employed in lawn care maintenance as he loved being in the outdoors. He had been an avid fisherman.
Mr. Cousins was a member of the New Beginnings Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys Christy Cousins, whom he married July 30, 1955; a son, Michael C. Cousins of Butler; three daughters, Mrs. Kevin (Karen) Eckenrode of Zelienople and LeaAnn Myers and Bonnie Eckenrode, both of Butler; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He also is survived by two brother, three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.
<B>COUSINS </B>— Friends of Donald L. Cousins, who died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Perkins, his church pastor, officiating.
