Lifesteps’ Child Check program will provide free developmental and autism screenings for children from birth to age 5 from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, Feb. 26, at Lifesteps Stirling Village, 375 Stirling Village Drive in Butler.

The early years are a critical time in a child’s development, so Lifesteps is urging families to proactively have children assessed for developmental delays.

A Child Check screening takes about 30 minutes to complete and the results are discussed immediately with parents or guardians.
