Mick Fennell and Josh Smith both singled and homered as Saxonburg crushed Mars II, 16-2 in five innings in Eagle County League baseball action Thursday evening.

Steve Hall added a pair of singles, a double, a triple and four RBI for Saxonburg (21-7). Nate Buttenfield was the winning pitcher, striking out three and walking two in five innings.

Phil Double had two doubles and one RBI for Mars II.
