Geraldine “Gerri” (Marusak) Beatty, 78, of Zelienople went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday
Born Dec. 8, 1939, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Helen Kosakowski Marusak.
Gerri was a purchasing agent for Traco in Cranberry Township and retired in 2002.
Her greatest joy and love in life was spending time with her grandchildren and family. Gerri also enjoyed fishing, being at the ocean, trying her luck at the casino, and polka dancing.
Gerri is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Bob) Grochalski, Sue (Greg) Lozovoy of Harmony, and Christine (Larry) Trimble of Zelienople; sister of Pat (Ted) Owczarzak and Dolores (George) Halaja; and affectionately known as “Gaga” by her seven grandchildren, R. Michael (Marissa), R. Matthew (Tiffani), Zack, Brandon, Rachel, Steven and Kelli.
BEATTY — Friends of Geraldine “Gerri” (Marusak) Beatty, who died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, will be received at 10:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, with the Rev. Father James G.
