Georgie Smigel Group at Coldwell Banker Realty ranks 9th in nation
The Georgie Smigel Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, 20510 Route 19, Suite 101, in Cranberry Township, announced it sold 304 homes for over $99,000,000 in sales volume in 2023, placing ninth for number of homes sold by Coldwell Banker nationwide.
The group was also ranked number one in units and volume for 2023 in the Pittsburgh area, according to the West Penn Multi-List.

The group is led by principal and founder, Georgie Smigel, who has been selling residential real estate in and around the Pittsburgh area for over 34 years.
