Jean R. Burt, 89, passed away peacefully on June 4 in North Oaks, Minn., after a long illness.

“She had a superb sense of style,” remarked an old family friend.

Firmly planted beside her husband, the late Ralph H. Burt, she was beautiful, smart, strong, pragmatic, industrious and a fiercely loyal mom. She will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her children, Sandra Burt Carrera and Ralph H. Burt III; and her husband, Ralph H. Burt Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Suanne; her son-in-law, Chip Sardi; her daughter-in-law, Patricia Burt; and her grandchildren, Alexander Carrera, Ralph H. Burt IV, Mary Bridget Burt, Chad Sardi and Sandra Sardi.
