Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Dec. 31 — Adam J. Bechtold, 19, of Valencia, was charged with felony eluding an officer. Police said he failed to yield to a traffic stop on Winston Way.

Buffalo Twp

Jan. 3 — Brett T. Girardi, 35, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he failed to exchange information at the scene of a crash.

Dec. 31 — Jason P. Sabatula, 38, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and harassment. Police said he shoved someone and struck them in the face.

Butler City

Jan. 3 — Peter E. Armstrong III, 22, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he caused a disturbance at a 7-11.

Butler Twp

Jan. 1 — Margaret Durler, 45, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor simple assault and summaries disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment. Police said she refused to cooperate with hospital staff and police at Butler Memorial Hospital and smeared blood on the inside of a police vehicle.

Dec. 30 — Eric T. Defelice 27, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he shoved and head-butted someone and smashed their vehicle with a golf club.

Jackson Twp

Jan. 4 — Dante Lombardo, 42, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he failed to exchange information at the scene of a crash.

Northern Regional

Dec. 29 — Khia N. Jamang, 54, of Elkridge, Md., was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Castle Creek Drive, Seven Fields. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

State police, Butler

Jan. 4 — Nikki L. Fajohn, 29, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with eight bottles of pills not prescribed to her.

Jan. 4 — Ashten E. McIntyre, 35, of East Brady, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Boscov’s with several items without paying for them.

Jan. 4 — Clark E. Larue, 31, of Cranberry Township, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 12, 2023, on Oneida Valley Road, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.113% with traces of THC and methamphetamine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 3 — Anthony L. McKelvey, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and tampering with a vehicle after crashing his vehicle June 2, 2023, on Interstate 79, Lancaster Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Jan. 2 — Colleen A. Allego, 45, of Aliquippa, was charged with felonies burglary and trespassing, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she attempted to push her way past someone to gain access to a residence and struck someone multiple times.

Jan. 2 — Ashley B. Glodowski, 22, of Fenelton, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Nov. 23, 2023, on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.116%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 2 — Melva Vantine Schurer, 45, of Valencia, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Dec. 17, 2023, on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.252% with traces of a controlled substance. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 2 — James A. Zedak, 40, of Evans City, was charged with felony false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

Jan. 2 — Clint E. Nagle, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him Nov. 28, 2023, on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, xylazine and fentanyl in his system. Police said suspected methamphetamine was also found in his vehicle.

Jan. 2 — Ross C. Newell, 36, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 22, 2023, on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Jan. 2 — Sean M. Schroeder, 59, of Fenelton, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Wendy Lane, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Dec. 30 — Robert P. Rebel, 59, of Renfrew, was charged with felony strangulation and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he grabbed someone by the neck and punched them multiple times.
