Words cannot express the enormous sorrow I feel. What a terrible loss George is to all who knew him. I had him in Senior English many years ago, and thought the world of him. And how lucky I was to see him again only a few weeks before his passing at the Point Plaza. He remembered me and called, instantly I knew who he was and a flood of class memories came back. He was the same young man that I had known. How fortunate I was that he touched my life.

He made Senior English something to look forward to. And he greatly enriched my life. I am a better person for having shared happy times with him.

I will never forget him, and I will treasure the memories.
