SCRANTON, Pa. — Two workers at a group home were charged Thursday with recording video of a developmentally disabled woman as they made her chase after a chicken they threw in a yard and basement and on a bathroom floor.

Police charged Eileen Dougherty, 39, of Scranton and Lisa Ann Wall, 41, of Duryea, according to the Times-Tribune of Scranton.

They were charged with multiple counts of abuse of a care-dependent person at a home operated by the Arc of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
