The driver of an SUV was taken to a hospital by East Butler Ambulance after his car overturned on Herman Road at around noon Sunday, Dec. 31.

Rob Shuler, chief of Herman Volunteer Fire Company, said the driver of the vehicle was the only occupant, and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a minor head injury.

“One car, it went off the road and flipped upside down,” Shuler said.

State police also responded to the scene.
