Couple charged following domestic disturbance call
A Seven Fields couple was taken to jail Saturday after state police responded to a domestic disturbance call about 1:45 p.m., according to a state police report.
State Trooper David Wellington arrived at a Northridge Drive address and observed injuries on both Tami and Dean Galitsis, the report said.
Dean Galitsis told the trooper an argument escalated, and Tami Galitsis threatened him with a knife. The two got into a physical altercation, according to the report.
Tami Galitsis said Dean Galitsis became aggressive, and she was trying to defend herself, the report said.
Each was reported as a victim and an arrestee. They were charged with simple harassment and transported to Butler County Prison.
