Constance S. Bittner
Constance S. Bittner, 83, of Jackson Township passed away Thursday while under the care of the Grove at Harmony.
Born Oct. 10, 1933, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Steffl and Marion (Guiney) Steffl.
Constance worked for 10 years at the Butler County Courthouse as a secretary for the prothonotary's office and the district attorney's office. She also worked at Sherwood Oaks and at Evergreen Nursing Home as an aide.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Veronica Giel Wright and her husband, Raymond A. Wright of Harmony; her son, David C. Bittner and his wife, Jill Martin Bittner of Rochester; her grandchildren, Virginia A. Milne, Elizabeth Schnell, Emily Bittner and Jonathan Bittner; her great-grandson, Jackson Milne; her great-granddaughter, Violet Milne; and her sister, Mary Regina Solanina.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Steffl.
