Johnnie K. Hodge, 84, of Valencia, formerly of North Sewickley Township died Friday morning at Valencia Woods Nursing Center.

She was born on Dec. 4, 1928, in Tennessee, and was a daughter of the late Herschel and Carrie Coleman Parrott.

She was a homemaker. Johnnie had been a member of the Concord United Methodist Church of Beaver Falls and the Connoquenessing Country Club. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the North Sewickley Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving are her children, James Johnson of Kennett, Mo., Janet Rubendall and her husband, Larry, of Arlington, Va., and Joni Kellar and her husband, Patrick, of Valencia; her grandchildren, JaRee, Justin, Jennifer and Jamie; and her great-grandson, Jaydon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred J. Hodge, who she married on Jan. 23, 1971, and who died on Dec. 16, 1988; by her brother, Herschel Parrott Jr.; and her sisters, Evelyn Calvin, Jean Jones and Nina Schaefer.
