Behm, Cavey
Dayna Behm and Chris Cavey, both of Shaler, were united in marriage Aug. 29 at the Mayernik Center in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Terry Mann officiated. A reception followed at the Mayernik Lodge.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Brenda Behm of Portersville. Parents of the bridegroom are Allan and Paulette Cavey of Rices Landing, Pa.
The honor attendant was Christina Coulter Elliott of Baltimore. Bridesmaids included Shannon Capellupo of North Hills, Debbie Pofi of Pittsburgh, Danielle Huben of Amherst, N.Y., and Anna Lenhoff of New York, N.Y. The flower girls were Grace and Giana Hagopian of Bradenton, Fla.
Performing the duties of best man was Mark Weishner of Houston, Pa. Ushers included Brian Capellupo of North Hills, Josh Owens of Carnegie and Garrett Hamilton of Mt. Pleasant.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School. She also is a graduate of Mercyhurst College. She is employed as a geospatial analyst at BAE Systems in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Jefferson Morgan High School. He also is a graduate of Waynesburg College. He is employed as an applications chemist at Kroff Chemical in Pittsburgh,
Following a honeymoon trip to Napa Valley, Calif., the couple is making their home in Shaler.
