DeCaprio, Hawkins
Elizabeth DeCaprio and S. Adam Hawkins, both of Cranberry Township, were united in marriage Oct. 10 at St. Vitus Catholic Church in New Castle. The Rev. John Petrarulo officiated. A reception followed at Avalon Lakes at Buhl Park.
The bride is the daughter of Edward and Donna DeCaprio of New Castle. Parents of the bridegroom are James and Yvonne Hawkins of Butler.
The honor attendant was Jenine DeSalvo of West Middlesex. Bridesmaids were Lyndsey Piccolino of Pittsburgh and Jacklyn Papa of New Castle.
Performing the duties of best man was James Hawkins of Butler. Ushers were Marc Piccolino of Pittsburgh, Jeffrey Papa of New Castle, Shawn George of Pittsburgh and Ralph Deabrunzzo of Mars.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Laurel High School in New Castle and a 2004 graduate of Clarion University. She received her master's degree in 2009 from Clarion University. She is employed as a teacher in Ellwood City School District.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Knoch High School and in 2002 from Carnegie Mellon University. He is self-employed as a financial adviser.
Following a honeymoon trip on an Eastern Caribbean Cruise, the couple is making their home in Cranberry Township.
