Jennifer and Jeffrey Neumann

Jennifer Scheller and Jeffrey Neumann, both of Arlington, Va., were united in marriage Oct. 18, 2008, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Pierre Falkenhan officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of William and Mary Scheller of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Dean and Eve Neumann of Troy, Mich.

The maid of honor was Elizabeth Kronk of Missoula, Mont. Bridesmaids included Jaimie Nawaday of Brooklyn, N.Y., Beth Gardner of Greenbelt, Md., and Jennifer Riley of Esslingen, Germany. The flower girl was Olivia Cieplak of Oakland Township, Mich.

Performing the duties of best man was Peter Caralis of Madison Heights, Mich. Ushers included Paul DiMusto of Ann Arbor, Mich., Christopher Cook of New York City, and John Gabrysch of Falls Church, Va.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Butler High School, a 2000 graduate of Allegheny College and a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law. She is employed by the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Troy High School, in 2003 from the University of Michigan and in 2008 from the Georgetown Law Center. He is employed by the Federal Communications Committee in Washington, D.C.

Following a honeymoon trip to Costa Rica, the couple is making their home in Arlington, Va.
