Michelle Scott and Joseph Walker, both of Butler, were united in marriage Aug. 7 at Grace @ Calvary Church in Butler. The Rev. Charles Lenhart officiated. A reception followed at Highfield Hall.
The bride is the daughter of William and Christine Scott of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Susan Friez of Butler and the late Richard Friez.
The matron of honor was Jennifer Jones of Slippery Rock. Bridesmaids included Heather Anderson of Butler and Heather Sherge of Meridian.
Performing the duties of best man was Todd Friez of Butler. Ushers included Charles Walker of Prospect and Curtis Jones of Slippery Rock. The ring bearer was Landon Jones of Slippery Rock.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School. She is employed by Delp Family Powder Coating in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated in 1993 from Butler High School. He is employed by Delp Family Powder Coating in Butler.
The couple is making their home in Butler.
