Tievsky, Koren
Dana Tievsky and Matthew Koren, both of Los Angeles, were united in marriage Aug. 21 at the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland. Rabbi Susan Stone officiated. A reception followed at the Ritz Carlton.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Andrew and Mrs. Sharon Tievsky of Moreland Hills, Ohio. Parents of the bridegroom are Marcia Koren of Gibsonia and Jeff Koren of Cabot.
The honor attendant was Lindsay Bonsignore of Cleveland. Bridesmaids included Anna Zane of New York, N.Y., Abha Dhakel of New York, N.Y., Alanna Tievsky of Washington, D.C., Ariella Tievsky of New York, N.Y., Jen Barbati of Gibsonia, Kathryn Nave of New York, N.Y., and Emily Calcugnino of New York, N.Y.
Performing the duties of best man was Joshua Cole of Saxonburg. Ushers included Andrew Laughlin of San Francisco, Christopher Brunetti of Taylor, Pa., Anthony Barbati of Gibsonia, Aaron Tievsky of New York, N.Y., Benjamin Tievsky of New York, N.Y., and Matthew Tievsky of Washington, D.C.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Plano West Senior High School in Plano, Texas, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y. She plans to graduate in 2013 from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
The bridegroom graduated in 2003 from Knoch High School and in 2007 from the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y. He is employed by Goulds Pumps in City of Industry, Calif.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Los Angeles.
