A birthday tribute to my sister, Kathleen Miller Wheeler

My dear sister, Kathleen Miller Wheeler, whose birthday is May 16, crossed over to her heavenly home on July 28, 2013.

She has survived a stroke and was working her way “back”! Having just had successful eye surgery to correct a stroke induced vision problem, which she only enjoyed for about an hour, a tragic accident took her from us and home to her Lord.

As children, Kathi and I spent many hours working for our parents at Miller’s Hoagie Shop and Kathi went on to work a short time at Nationwide Insurance. When our parents left the area, Kathi went with them and ultimately married Harold Wheeler with whom she had three wonderful children. Her faith was very strong and although I miss her terribly, I know that she is in her Heavenly Home!
