Maggi and Scott Young

Maggi Quinlan and Scott Young, both of Harrisburg, were united in marriage Dec. 10 at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Butler. The Rev. James Dolan officiated. A reception followed at the Pittsburgh Marriott North.

The bride is the daughter of Susan and Ward Quinlan of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Debra and Gary Young of Butler.

The honor attendants were Nicole Cormier of Greensburg and Leah Albert of Lawrenceville, Ga. Bridesmaids included Kate Ward of Mobile, Ala., Nicole Zirnsak of Butler, Alisa Werner of Pittsburgh, Aby Sedwick of Arlington, Va., Laura Mann of Clemson, S.C., Lindsey Miller of Beavercreek, Ohio, and Crystal Young of West Palm Beach, Fla.

The flower girls were Sydney Rakers and Ella Bopp, both of Canton, Ohio.

Performing the duties of best men were Erich Sabo of San Francisco and Daniel Morrison of New York City. Ushers included Kyle Bryant, Derek Quinlan, Chris Weber and Nathan Sykes, all of Butler, Chris Couch of Harrisburg and Matt Erdos of West Palm Beach.

The ring bearer was William Bopp of Canton.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School, 2007 graduate of Seton Hill University and a 2009 graduate of Bard College.

She is employed by Chesapeake Energy Corporation in Harrisburg.

The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2003 and the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.

He is employed by STV Group Inc. in Harrisburg.

Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Harrisburg.
