Robert J. Weber
Robert J. Weber, 80, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, formerly of Mars, died Tuesday evening in the comfort of his home with his family at his side.
Born in Pittsburgh on May 13, 1933, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Altmire Weber.
Robert was a truck driver for Moore and Flecher Trucking of Zelienople. He was a member of Teamster's Union Local 249 in Pittsburgh.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy Leitsch Weber, who he married on April 11, 1953; one daughter, Darlene Printz (William Love) of Etna; two sons, Robert J. Weber (Cecelia) of Harmony and Edward A. Weber of Sarver; three granddaughters, Ashley, Brittney and Courtney Weber; a brother and fishing buddy, Edward Weber of Gibsonia; one sister, Mary Arnold of Beaver Falls; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Joseph Weber, and one sister, Anna Arnold.
WEBER — Friends of Robert J. Weber, who died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Black officiating.
