The Butler Collaborative for Families is holding a “Holiday Huddle” from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14 at Monarch Place on Brugh Avenue in Butler.

There, the collaborative will announce the winner of its 2023-24 mini-grant, which it will award to a program that fulfill a “community need” in Butler County. Only one mini-grant will be awarded, and it consists of a $4,000 cash reward and $600 in ancillary funds for grant writing and marketing support.

Organizers recommend bringing a brand-new toy or a $25 gift card donation for the Lighthouse Toy Drive.

Booth setup is free for those who are already members of Butler Collaborative for Families, and $25 for non-members.
