Dan Penberthy hit a two-run home run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to lead Mars to a 5-4 walk-off win over Saxonburg in Eagle County League baseball action Friday evening.

Brandon Bergstrom and Brendan Malone each added a double and a single for Mars (4-2).

Cranberry 8, Zelienople 3 — Clayton Bouchard doubled and singled twice to help lift Cranberry over Zelienople.

Bill Clinefelter added a double and a single and Ben Murray and Dave Coradi also doubled for Cranberry (3-2).

Brandon Durbin had one of the three hits for Zelienople — a double — against winning pitcher Mike Patsch.

Mars II 7, Mars Sliders 1 — Trent Smith singled, doubled and drove in a pair of runs to lead Mars II.

Eric King added a pair of hits, John Crummy doubled in two runs and Evan Oswald singled and doubled for Mars II, which is off to a 5-0 start.
