Tenants coming and going at Cranberry Mall
The Cranberry Mall in Cranberry Township will be undergoing some changes, according to township manager Dan Santoro.
Petco will be leaving the mall completely, Santoro said, while Dollar Tree is moving a few spots down from its current location. Hobby Lobby will be taking the place of Petco and Dollar Tree.
“Hobby Lobby is taking the remainder of the space based on all the moves that have happened there,” Santoro said.
Also coming to the mall soon is Value City Furniture, which will be moving into the location vacated by Bed, Bath and Beyond.
The tenants are in process of acquiring building permits Santoro said, and once they get them, it will be up to the individual tenants to what their construction timelines are.
Santoro also said he has heard a lot people say they are “really excited” that Hobby Lobby is coming to the Cranberry Mall.
“We were hopeful a Hobby Lobby would come to Cranberry Township,” Santoro said. “It's a pretty popular destination; I'm really excited about that. It provides another great anchor tenant to the Cranberry Mall. It will add a new energy and livelihood to the Cranberry Mall and we are happy to see it happen.”
