John and Elizabeth Green

John A. and Elizabeth M. “Becky” Green of Butler celebrated 40 years of marriage with a family dinner Nov. 8.

Green married the former Elizabeth McGahan on Nov. 8, 1980, at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Fenelton.

They have three children, John M. “Matt” Green of Gibsonia, Andrew W. Green of Butler, and Heather M. Verzinski of Meridian.

They also have five grandchildren.

Green retired from Guardian Protection after 41 years.

He is a member of Brewery Collectibles of America and the R.C. Men’s Club.

Mrs. Green is a housewife.

The Greens are members of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
