Hallam 50th anniversary
William and Roberta Hallam of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage. A Maryland vacation was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hallam married the former Roberta Mentel on Nov. 14, 1970, at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Pittsburgh.
They have three children, William R. Hallam of Butler, David E. (Jennifer) Hallam of Carnegie, and Lacey A. Hallam of Butler.
They also have three grandchildren.
Hallam retired from American Hardware/Servistar after 25 years as a computer manager/contractor.
He enjoys writing and has had two novels published.
Hallam is a member of American Legion Post 778 and the Daughters and Sons of Italy.
Mrs. Hallam is a housewife.
She is a member of the Pittsburgh Association of the Deaf.
The Hallams are members of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, Butler.
